I recently learned that October 10th marks World Mental Health Day, observed by the World Health Organization since 1992 to raise awareness, honor those affected + encourage global action in support of mental health.

Life is challenging, with the pandemic, ongoing social justice movements + the state of the world taking a toll on both our mental well-being + the availability of mental health resources.

I firmly believe that everyone deserves happiness + wellness, no matter who they are or where they live. That’s why I want to re-share some of my blog posts where I’ve openly discussed my experiences with Anxiety, Depression + Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

In these posts, I talk about what helps me, how others can better understand mental health struggles + share resources for additional support. I’m always here if you want to talk or need guidance navigating these resources, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I genuinely love hearing from you.

Through these posts, my goal is to de-stigmatize mental health challenges + promote access to vital support for everyone.
