When designer, Zac Posen stepped into his role at Gap Inc. in February 2024, serving as Chief Creative Officer at Old Navy + Creative Director at Gap, I immediately started paying attention.

Over the past two years, it’s been so exciting to watch him take bold, creative swings. From custom red carpet gowns for Gap to chic, designer-inspired handbag launches at Old Navy, he’s brought a fresh energy that feels both elevated and accessible.

Posen built his career on exquisite, custom gowns, so seeing him reinterpret classic American style in a way that’s thoughtful, modern + incredibly wearable has been especially inspiring. And honestly? It’s made shopping Old Navy even more fun.
