Non-Toxic HAIR Care Products

Being mindful about what you put in your hair is key to keeping it healthy and strong. The brands and products below have been part of my regular routine for the past several months and in some cases, for years.

Many of them are unisex and work well across a variety of hair textures. They help nourish and condition the hair while smoothing flyaways and minimizing frizz. Lately, I’ve been especially drawn to hair oils for all the benefits they offer, with supporting healthy hair at the top of my list. That’s why I’m excited to share more about the brand dae, including their Prickly Pear Hair Oil, which has become a staple in my routine!

Since using these clean, non-toxic brands and products, my hair has never been smoother or healthier. I also majorly contribute my plant based focused lifestyle and good gut health to good hair.

I typically wash my hair every 2-3 days to help maintain a healthy balance of natural oils. Washing less frequently can also help restore your hair’s natural body + shine. I’ve included two of my favorite shampoo + conditioner brands below.
