Mama Joy's birthday was in January and I was thinking of gift ideas for her when I remembered she said that she wishes she could replace her awful, dull kitchen knives. They cut through steaks, fruits + vegetables as smooth as butter! DULL KNIVES Are DANGEROUS The dull knife on the left with the cheap black plastic handle is the one that Mama Joy has been using. A lot have their own websites w/ English translation. They open their online booking about 3 months in advance. You can also book your hotel reservations way in advance, especially if they are boutique hotels. Ask the concierge of the hotels you stay in to make activity / restaurant reservations way before you even arrive. MICHELIN's Inaugural Ranking of Hotels in France    TAX Refunds  If you spend more than $100 at any store + you don't live in the EU, you get a 12% tax refund back when you leave the EU. The more you spend, the more you get back. All you have to do is show your passport, they will process documents at the register you're shopping at + give you an envelope that you can drop off at customs at the airport.
