It’s been a whirlwind of a summer + many people all over the world are finding themselves spending more time indoors, so I thought I’d share some of my favorite at-home workout equipment so you can stay on track even if you don't have access to a gym.
Exercising at home can be a ton of fun too, especially if you have some key pieces of equipment that can be used to add a wider variety to your exercises. When I work out at home I usually use at least a couple of these pieces of equipment. There’s so much that you can do with each piece of equipment, so just be safe + have fun with it! As always, check with your doctor before using any of the equipment + workouts as I'm not a doctor (surprise)!

BANDS (BOOTY BANDS) are guaranteed to give you a good workout + make you feel the burn! They’re extremely versatile + you can use them from pretty much anywhere. I also love that they don’t take up a lot of space, so you can easily tuck them away when you’re done.

RESISTANCE BANDS are great if you want to skip the bulkiness of weights + use these to still get a solid full body pump! From upper body moves to add more lower body resistance, you can definitely get creative with these bands by your side!
